                     (2) Report of initiation of laying.

                     (3) Report of completion of laying.

                     (4) Give 8-digit coordinates for the corners of
            minefields plus completion time of minefields if records are to
            be delayed more than 12 hours.

                     (5)  Additional spot reports may be required to
            identify:

                          (a) Progress report.

                          (b) Report of obstacle transfer.

                          (c) Report of change mission.

                          (d) Any events of significance.

                g. Requirement and justification for additional engineer
            resources.

                Line Bravo (Mission Report): The Engineer Mission Report
            will be used to report enemy engineer effort or friendly
            engineer missions/status within the XVIII Airborne Corps and its
            subordinate units , (See ancl 1): i, -. Miss ion status may be given on
            corps-directed missions using column heading and lines
            corresponding to mission #, type, unit location, and % complete
            (lines 1, 2, 5, 6, and 9).

            2. Engineer Spot Report can be submitted via courier, Comm
            center, or voice methods. Submit as appropriate to: Corps
            Engineer, XVIII Airborne Corps.
