             APPENDIX 4 (LOGISTICAL REPORTS) TO ANNEX X (REPORTS) TO XVIII
             AIRBORNE CORPS FIELD SOP

             1. Purpose. This appendix prescribes reporting procedures for
             logistical activities within XVIII Airborne Corps.
             2. Reports will be submitted as prescribed in the tabs below.

             3. Content.

                 a. The Logistics Status Report (LOGSTAT) is the most
             critical of all required logistics reports. The information
             contained in this report is passed up to the highest levels of
             command for action. Inaccuracies can cause resources to be
             wasted in constrained logistical requirements. In addition to
             providing a snapshot of the key logistics factors affecting each
             subordinate command, it permits subordinate commanders the
             opportunity to report key logistics problems on current and
             future operations. (Tab A).

                 b. Battle Loss Report. (Tab B).
                 C. Logistics Incident Report. (Tab C).
