           1. Purpose. This report will be compiled by the Corps staff to
           provide the MSC Commanders with feedback on the timeliness of his
           unit's reporting.

           2. Report will be transmitted by hardcopy to each MSC 1800 hours
           daily, as of 1200 hours.

           3. Reporting Status:

               a. Green - Received on time.

               b. Amber - Received late.

               C. Red - Not received.
