      b.  Warning.   Upon detection 0£ a chemical agent the MP at
the front gate will initiate the ala:.-m for the compound lAW the
Emergency Notification and Reaction SOP.  Next, the MP will
notify the NP at the coinbined US/Saudi MODA military police desk
and the NP at the Staff Annex via radio (primary) or telephone
(secondary)  lAW the Emergency Notifi~ation SOP.

4.   Identification and Marking.  Once a chemical attack has been
detected NBC personnel will identify the agent using M256 Kits,
M8 Paper and CAMs.   The marking teams will mark the contaminated
areas using the standard NATO marking kit of engineer tape.
Based on the agent present and location the NBC personnel will
make a recommendation to the Headquai~ters Commandant on
decontamination procedures to take if necessary.

5.   Priorities for identification and marking are:

      * MODA Building
      * Staff Annex
      * Ulaya Compound
