         firecap ready at 1315.
       - 0927, Regt ammunition truck hit Ant-i-personnel mine near Ist obstacle
         belt at OS 701803. Truck suffered minimal damage, no casualties.
       - 0930, 1/11 began displacement by echelon with "A" 1/11 and "H" 3/14
         moving on left flank of TF Papa Bear and 'I" 3/11 remaining in
         position to support TF Papa Bear's movement. 'A' 1/11 and "N' 3/14
         occupied firing positions near grid OT 7815, firecap ready at 1147.
       - 1000, 3/12 displaced forward to leapfrog past 3/11 and occupy firing
         positions to support TF Ripper's attack on MEF Obj C.
       - 1150, TF Taro given mission to move to Kuwait Airfield to conduct
         clearing operations. 1/12 began displacement of "C' 1/12 and "F" 1/12,
         moved approx 20 kilometers, and occupied firing positions near grid
         OT 7626, firecap ready at 1700. Mission direct support TF Taro. 'A"
         1/12 remained dedicated to TF Grizzly securing Al Jaber Airfield and
         the Division line of communication (LOC).
       - 1230, 1/11 continued displacement with "In 3/11 displacing forward and
         occupying firing position near grid OT 7823, firecap ready at 1400.
       - 1230, Instructions from Ilth Marines CO, 1/11 displaced 'A" 1/11 and
         "H" 3/14 forward to firing positions to range MEF obj C by 1400,
         entire battalion was firecap ready near grid OT 7823 at 1430.
       - 1230, 3/11 began displacement and occupied firing positions near OT
         8028, firecap ready 1530.
       - 1238, 'G' 3/11 relayed a 1/7 request for fire to 1/11. However, in
         compliance with the CG's instructions to get as many Battalions
         positioned as far forward to support the attack on MEF obj C as soon as
         possible, no units were in position to fire on.the target at that time.
       - 1335, After forcing through TF Papa Bear units who were engaged in
         clearing an Iraqi strong point, 3/12 occupied firing positions near
         grid OT 8226. B 1/10 and I 3/14 prepared to engage Iraqi forces with
         direct fire, but limited visibility and arrival of LAI's precluded
         direct fire engagement.
       - 1413, Regt Jump CP occupied position at grid OT 782221 and assumed
         control.
       - 1500, After forcing through TF Papa Bear, 3/12 occupied firing positons
         near grid OT 8228.
       - 1641, TF Papa Bear committed to attack a'nd isolate Kuwait International
         Airport. 1/11 mission changed to direct support TF Papa Bear.
       - 1800, 1/11 displaced forward for support of TF Papa Bear's attack on
         Kuwait International Airport, occupying positions near grid 8328,
         entire battalion firecap ready dt 2300.

       WARDEN-1/25
         CSSD-17 turns over 1100 EPW from Ripper.
         "A" Command and 'A" Co established EPW compound at Al Jaber AIrfield.
         Grizzly turns over Se EPW's at Camp 5 (Al Jaber).
         TF Troy detaches infantry p1t and mortars to 1/25.
