vehicle some how drove off on its own with his M16A2 and his
personal equipment in it. He notified his Platoon Sergeant, SSgt

Marinke got a pair of NVOs and drove out to try and -Find it
again. This time LCpl Killy Morris, of Columbia, South Carolina
was at the wheel. Their tracking skills and desert savvy enabled
them to quickly spot and recapture the wandering vehicle which
was driving around in a circle several miles to the Northwest.
So Cpl Roggonc#mp was able to get back In control of his vehicle
and save it from the possible capture by wandering Iraqis
defectors.

On 25 February 19914 LCpl Dunning from Roanoke, Texas spotted a
Holstein cow roaming in the desert. Seeing her bloated
condition, LCpl Dunning took it upon himself to relieve her
r-oncii ti on. He began milking her on the spot.
