Case Narratives

Case Narratives are reports of what we know today about specific events that took place during the Gulf War of 1990 and 1991. These reports are from the DoD's former Office of the Special Assistant for Gulf War Illnesses (now Force Health Protection & Readiness Policy & Programs) and other government agencies. These reports are interim and will be updated pending further investigative efforts. We hope that you will read these and contact us with any information that would help us better understand the events reported.
