				CRITICAL ISSUE 
 
SUBJECT: HARVEST FALCON ASSETS 
 
OBSERVATION:  In peacetime,  Harvest Falcon assets are procured and 
maintained by the LG community through MOBBS activities. At the 
on-set of hostilities, LG moves the assets to the deployment site. 
Prime BEEF and Prime RIBS have very limited insight into tbe condition 
and status of Harvest Falcon assets until the day they arrive at the 
deployment site. LG determines shipping and destination priorities. 
WRSK and spares for Harvest Falcon assets is limited to non existent. 
 
ACTION: The DE community needs greater visibility over Harvest Falcon 
assets.
