We tried to go lateral which should always be the first course of action due to limited airlift in theater, but if all else fails and it isn't a quick fix, we'll need to send a team. JAN 26: DAY 10 - The first go we launched 24/24 loaded with Mk 84's. - The second 24 ship was loaded with CBU 89's. Again, we are experiencing difficulty getting tanker support. Due to the reduced airspace and huge amount of aircraft over Kuwait, we must send smaller packages in at any one time. - The third go we launched 23/24. One ground aborted for RWR, went to a spare and ground aborted for Anti Skid. Aircraft 1241 coming back with hung munitions. JAN 27: DAY 11 - The first go was again fragged with a 24 ship loaded with Mk 84's. All were launched and one air aborted for chaff/flares. - The second go was the same with a mix of 84's, 87's, and 58's. We launched 22 out of 24 with two ground aborting for AB Blow Out. - The third go was the same as the first. All launched. - I told my supervisors to make sure people were getting time off, to include themselves. At this point, it looks like this thing could drag on quite a long time and people will need some extra rest to clear their minds. JAN 28: DAY 12: - Again the same frag. The weather for the next two days is predicted to be clear over the AOR. - Of the second 24 ship we had one ground abort. The third go launched 20/20 with one air aborting for a hung bomb and one sympathy. - We made sure EOD is always notified of recovery window times and are standing by for tasking. When they are needed, there is not enough time to go hunting for them. - We are having recurring problems with AB Blow Outs. The FCF pilot drafted a stick actuator letter prescribing effective ways
