        returned to the weapon system's home station. At bases with
        multiple weapon systems where specific items cannot be matched to
        a specific weapon system, assets were shipped to the host home base
        where it was subsequently redistributed based on Air Force
        requirements. War reserve materiel was airlifted via Time Phased
        Force Deployment List procedures to assure priority return.
        Therefore, each Chief of Supply worked a base closure schedule to
        ensure all necessary actions were accomplished before closing the
        account. This meant a residual force would stay to run the account
        until all actions were accomplished. At this time, these actions
        are on-going and expect to be completed in the July-August tine
        frame.
