        SUBJECT: IRR MOBILIZATION
        
        BACKGROUND: All members of the IRR were subject, to push/pull.
        
        DISCUSSION: Members of Category H were sent to Lackland along
        with other members of the IRR. These individuals train on a
        regular basis and are subject to weight control and physical
        examination regulations. In addition, providers in this category
        are credentialed by the facility where they train. The new
        category E IRR members will also be credentialed by the facility
        with their training attachment and should not be subject to
        push/pull.
  
        ACTION RECOMMENDED: A methodolgy needs to be established for
        identifying members of the IRR that do not need push/pull.
