the chance of surprise air Attack thus allowing the
division to concentrate on ground missions which resulted
in great success. Logistical assets and command and
control elements were provided continuous protection
against the threat of terrorism by VLtlcan crews. Everyone
stood rexdy and in position to be among the first to fire.
