         retain -Field 201 files on casualties or medical evacuations until
         advised by the Corps AG on final disposition.

                  (6) Units will hand-carry copies (on -Floppy disk) of the
         following TACCS files to their supporting PSC:

                      (,I) Organizational Mister File (OMF)

                      (b) Authorized Strength File (ASF)

                      (c) TACCS Personnel File (TPF)


             C. Personnel D@ita Base Manigement

                 (1) Transactions will be submitted to the servicing PSC
         on a floppy disk ASAP by courier.

                 (2) A copy of transactions will be forwarded to the Bde
         S-1 on a floppy disk at the same time transactions are sent to
         the servicing PSC.

             d. Specitl PSS. Promotions and reductions will continue
         under the peacetime mode until with the wartime promotion
         policies to begin on order.
