           4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: NBC: SIZING CRITERIA

           5. (U) OBSERVATION: Different sizing criteria for BDO verses CPO
required all Ist ID (M) and RC soldiers to be sized.

           6. (U) DISCUSSION: All units used CPOs for training. They drew
BDOs -For contingency. However, the BDOs were larger than the
Cpos. Therefore all personnel in lst ID (M) and RC units were
given the opportunity to be sized.
Gloves were issued in any of +our sizes.
Black chemical overboots soon were no longer in the
inventory. Hence units had to size using the GVO substitute or
           extract clothing record data.

           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: none

           e. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Sizing for wet weather gear should
consider its wear over the ensemble.
Sizing a-F personnel is best done by the unit. Battalions
may be scheduled for a sizing set for +it in advance Of draw.
Sizing done during this phase allowed time for rotation of
sets among units be4ore bulk draw occurred.

           9. (U) COMMENTS: none
