on a border post at 192200 C. FISTV will laze the target and one
Copperhead will be fired. The 24th AVN BDE will also conduct
aerial reconnaissance to confirm suspected enemy locations and
will attack high pay off targets. They will do this during three
periods; 0100-0400, 1500-1700, 2000-2400 on 20 Feb. Additionally,
the 24th ID will conduct an AH-64 raid at 200800 C to destroy EW
site (vic MT6352). #9. 82nd and elements of 12th AVN will
reattack OBJs WHITE and ROCHAMBEAU with aviation assets
starting at 200650 C. This attack will be supported with an
artillery feint to aid ingress and egress. Mission is scheduled
to be completed NLT 200920 C. Additionally, the 1-17 CAV will
conduct an area recon in support of the 6th Lt Ar Div to asses BDA
from previous arty missions along the LD.. PART 2 PLAN: 11.
CORPS will continue its force protection activities, preparing for
combat and refining its plan. 12. CORPS will
continue to refine and conduct deep operations IAW a 0-3 day
schedule.

Report from the LTG Waller visit:
- All primary staff from the XVIII attended. - CGs from the 6th
Lt Ar Div, the loist and 82nd attended and briefed their plan. No
significant changes from anything that we had heard before. -
Items of interest for the LNO team follow; - Gen Yeosock came thru
his operation well and should be recovered in the near future.
Waller DID NOT specify when his command would end. Maybe this is
a permanent situation and maybe not. -Waller said that he would
do everything he could to get the 82nd Co back from Riyadh for the
port a request made by
CORPS today for an additional CH-47 company. This additional
company is the last one that ARCENT controls. - A G day decision
should be made tonight or tomorrow. He will inform the CORPS as
soon as he can after the decision is made. - Enemy is putting
stuff near civilian areas or religious sites in order to make it
hard for the coalition to bomb it. - The RGFC is starting to show
"weariness" but he expects it to put up a fight if attacked if for
no other reason than to hold up unit pride. - Waller said that he
would trade the French Jaguars for A-10s. The French had said
that their Jaguars are not good at CAS but are good for BAI. -
Waller said that he would do everything that he could do to reduce
the threat from the 54th to the French W. flank. He was talking
about air strikes before G day. - The French wanted to start
ground recon forward of the LD. Waller said "Go Ahead". I think
that the French will start to recon the LD tonight. At least that
is what was said at the 1900 meeting. Additional items of
interest: - The French said that they had enough log to support 7
days of High Intensity combat. They were not expecting High
Intensity combat so they should be in good shape. Additionaly
