             2 Clearing stations will  consolidate aid station reports and submit    the
   consolidated MEDREP's to the DISCOM Medical Operations Center NLT 150O.hours      daily.'

             3 The DISCON Medical Operations Center will consolidate clearing station
   MEDREP's  7 to one division level MEDREP and forward that report to the Division
             in
   Surgeon NLT 1600 hours daily.

                  (d) Receiving and Disposition (R&D) Report.

                  I The report period for the R&D Report will be 1201-1200 (local) hours
   daily.

                  2 Clearing stations will submit a copy of the R&D report
   (TAB F to Appendix I to Annex X) to the following addresses NLT 1400 hours daily:

                  I DISCOM Medical Operations Center.

                  b Brigade level S-1 (or Battalion S-1 of   separate battalions) of
   personnel being held as the clearing station. -71 '7

                   (a) Daily Blood Request and Statun.Report (DBRSR).

                   The report period for the DBRSR will be 1201-1200 daily.

                  2 Each clearing station will utilize the DBRSR (TAB E to Appendix I to'
   Annex X) to report whole blood requirements to the DISCOM Medical Operations Center,
   due NLT 1400 hours daily.

                  3 The DISCOM Medical Operations Center will consolidate whole blood
   requirements and submit the report to the Div Surg NLT 1000 hours daily.

                   (f) Medical Regulating Requegt/Report (MRR/R).

                  I The report period for the Medical Regulating Requegt/Report (MRR/R)
   will be 1201-1200 hours daily.

                  2 Each clearing station will utilize the MRR/R (TAB 0 to Appendix 1 to
   Annex X) to provide evacuation data to the DISCOM Medical Operations Center, due NLT
   1400 hours daily.

                  3 The DISCOM Medical Operations Center will consolidate clearing
port to the Division Surgeon KLT 1800 hours daily.
