                460th Replacement Detachment will provide Corps Replacement
                Operations from LOOBASE CHARLIE. The lgth Replacement
                Detachment will provide an element to provide DS replacement
                operations for the lot COSCOM from a contiguous location in
                LOGBASE CHARLIE.

                of all assigned and attached units in COSCOM.

                2. (U) MISSION - To provide for essential wartime personnel
                services support to all assigned and attached personnel of
                the lst COSCOM in the theater of operation. This includes
                basic support in finance. postal operations. strength
                accountability. replacement operations and casualty
                reporting. This also includes administrative support.
                distribution. reproduction. morale welfare. Red Cross.
                courier service, inspector general support. legal support.
                safety management and chaplain support.

                3. (U) EXECUTRON:

                         (U) CONCEPT OF OPERATION

                         (1) (U) PERSONNEL SERVICE §UPPORT: Personnel
                Services Support will be provided to Ist COSCOM units by a
                composite support team from the 573d and 425th Personnel
                Service Companies. This team will initially be located in
                the vicinity of Dammam and is expected to displace forward to
                the vicinity of LOGBASS CHARLIE at the COSCOM main location.
                Wartime support will be limited to personnel accountability.

                         (2) (U) FINANCIAL SUPPORT: Financial Support will
                be provided to COSCOM units by elements of the 18th Corps
                Finance Group on an area basis utilizing Finance Support
                Teams. Most Individual finance services will be suspended
                upon the outbreak of hostilities. See Appendix 2 fo@
                Explanation of and location of FST*S.

                         (3) (U) POSTAL SUPPORT: Postal support will be
                provided by elements of the 129th Postal Company using APO
                .09657 mail addresses. A direct support platoon will be
                attached to COSCOM 0-1 which will provide services for 44th
                Mad. 46th CSG. and 507th CSG units.   Mail for the 171st and
                10lat CSG will be forwarded by the 129th Postal to respective
                platoons supporting the 24th ID and 101st Div. Mail for rear
                units such an 2MMC. 4MUC and 330MCC will be available for
                unit pickup at 336th Postal Company  at Dragon City. All
