           use host nation fuel coupons obtained from 2d/4th CYXC. to obtain
           fuel when organic POL,vehicles and equipment are not available.

                      (24) (U) Deploy with all host nation tanker fuel
           adapters.

                      (25)         If POL lab at LOOBASE CHARLIE is
           destroyed divert POL testing requirements to the POL Lab located at
           LOOBASE 'BRAVO* (KKMC).
                      (26)    Pe   If TPT at LOOBASE CHARLIE is destroyed
           CSGG (101st 171st, and 507th) provide 8 each 350 gpm pumps (4
           Diesel. 3 Jet. and I MOGAS). filters. connectors. and associated
           equipment) to designated fuel transfer points to facilitate POL
           tanker transfers.

                      (27) (U)     Be prepared to support civilian and
           military tanker to      tanker transfers.

                      (28) (U)     All fuel sites must be accessible by
           civilian tankers.

                      (29) (U)     Be prepared to receive 120k per day JET
           A-1 via ABFDS (bladder bird).

                      (30) (U) Support aligned divisions with POL
           delivery requirements with GS/DS support.

           aligned divisions.

                      I.(U)Phase II:
                          (a)($5Provide retail fuel support on Tapline Road in
           LOGBASE WHISKEY and AO CATCUS. Ensure traffic can clear the road.

                          (b)(A)Operate a fuel transfer point for down loading of
           both Civilian and military POL tankers to support the local area of
           operation until EAC TPT at LOGBASE CHARLIE is established.

                      2.(U)Phase III:

           82d Airborne Division and accompanying nondivisional units.
