                                        321 MMC

           - Must figure out how to accept 150 trucks.per day at-Doha. Log
           cell has due out. If needed we will rent MHE here in SA.
           - Class IV: Wood will be ruined if it rains early. 321 must
           prioritize Class IV movement; some may never leave.
           - We need to see where we can put the ASP in Kuwait.
           - We must figure out how to get TSA 5 ammo to Kuwait (21K ST).
           - There will be no hoarding!
           - After 15 Nov the only class II in theater will be in TWR
           stocks it Doha - draw it now.
           - No free turn in point.
           - Anything we don't take home will be cleaned, accounted for and
           taken to Doha by 1 Dec.
           - Do not throw anything away.
           - Do not turn in things dirty - square them away.
           - Field jackets will be issued I Oct for troops who are staying,
           but we probably don't need them until 1 Dec.
           - Units with foriegn Class VII (like man trucks) should ask G-3
           for disposition. DCG and COL Hill will work. May do lateral
           transfers.
           - Wants 321 mission statement workratp chart in red book; Log
           Cell will monitor.
           - The advance party at Doha must capture 100% accountability

           - We're going to need a lot of 14AC flights in Dec. Need to have
           TPFDL by the end of this week, then put it out to 0-6s.
           - Need game plan an how to out process troops.
           - Must think through how we will do customs.
           - Worried about number of planes required in Dec - CRAF I?
           - container contract must be resolved.
            - Let's look at continuing csc Zebra (60 to 70 people) off
           line. Get 593D out - may be.run by 1 ASG; we don't want ammo
           trucks to go to commercial gas stations. Action: Trans.


                                      365 S & S BN

           - Can Co Cdrls do mission? No alibis on 321st disposition
           instructions. If the MMC fails, go to MG Brown to fix it. I'm
           holding you company commanders responsible for mission.
           - we need redeployment windows of +/- 15 days on TPFDL.
           - Doha processing rate must be fixed this week. Use MHE
           leasing.
